4. Quotes & Agreements

All quotations are non-binding unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A project begins only after written acceptance by both parties.

5. Payments

Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment term stated on the invoice.

Late payments may result in the suspension of services.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information
• Supply requested materials on time
• Approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
• Comply with Meta's advertising policies and applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Alpine Growth Marketing retains ownership of its methodologies, templates and materials.
• Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to the final deliverables.

Third-party software, images, fonts and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control.

Therefore, Alpine Growth Marketing does not guarantee:

• Specific revenue
• Sales volume
• Number of leads
• Advertising performance
• Search engine rankings

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpine Growth Marketing shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business
• Data loss
• Consequential damages

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

10. Third-Party Platforms

We work with third-party platforms including:

• Meta
• Google
• Systeme.io

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions or technical issues caused by these providers.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement according to the agreed notice period or written agreement.

Outstanding invoices remain payable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland.

14. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
